Brahma and XXX are EXTREMELY similar. Both use the XBL^2 motor, IIRC, the XXX may have a mm or 2 more xmax. They are supposed to sound almost exactly the same, though I think the brahma works in smaller boxes.
The Tumult is very much a home audio sub, but so was the shiva
Very low fs and great SQ, I believe it also uses XBL^2. The MT is basically an SPL sub, RE reps have said numerous times its not ideal for a daily driver application, they dont even offer a warranty on it. Two VERY different drivers, but I guess I'd take the Tumult, you dont see many of those in cars.
