Another Quick Techie Question -

You know on the bottom of game boxes where the system requirements are, at the videocard requirements it usually lists something like "32MB Hardware T&L" and all that wierd stuff, and sometimes along with a list of supportable videocards?
Well, it'll sometimes just say "100%/Fully compatible DirectX9 videocard". Whats that supposed to mean? For all I knew, I thought every videocard out there could work with DirectXanyversion. Does it mean the card has to have some stuff that DX9 provides (Im not much of a hardware guru, so bear with me) and the card is capable of doing? Would a GeForce4 Ti be fulll compatible with DX9, or just DX8?
What Im really trying to ask is, is a Radeon 9250 256MB that much of an improvement over a GeForce FX 5200 128MB, even though the Radeon isnt a DX9-designed card?
My lawn-mowing thing went kaput, nobody wanted their lawn mowed in a 8 block radius around my house, so unless I can work at my moms friends Thai resteraunt setting forks on the table, Im pretty much still stuck with my $10 bucks a week.
