Theoretically, none of those are shocking anymore, because people are used to it. People make fun of goatse now, whereas three years ago people had aneurisms over it anytime it was posted. For something to be shocking now, it would have to be a close up video of some guy cutting a baby's head off and then throwing it in the oven or something.
