Multi in the beta version is kinda basic, sorta like mohaa\sof-2 in some ways. Only real thing that makes it any different is that mode where you have the slow mo syringe, you get it and it has to power up, when its powering up people know where you are on their radar because you have it. Then when it powers you can do the old slow mo bs. Its nothing really new aside from all the slow shit, to get it to run i had to turn most of the graphics down, still a beta though.
