This never ceases to piss the royal shit out of me. FSU is planning to sue somebody over this, and get the decision overturned. Florida State has been an education institution since what, 1860-something? Give me a fucking break. Just the thought of the cheerleaders not being able to wear the FSU logo on their faces, the band not being bale to play the traditional war chant, the mascot not being able to drive the spear into the ground, etc... FSU's postseason games just won't be the same without it IMO.
