Well, I cant handle much yet, but everyday I've been doing
1) 45 minutes of INTESITY XTREAME swimming each day (Not paddling around)
2) Walking to the fridge to grab some dill pickles
3) 40 arm crunches with a 20lb. weight, each arm
4) 40 arm raises with 20lb weight, each arm
5) 100 toesies (basically ballerina raises to tone the calfs/calves)
6) 50 squats
7) I used to do 400 situps a day on my bed, but then figured it was really helping, so now I do 200 a day on the floor - hurt much more, but better.
8) I have this little toy which you have to squeeze real hard together. It makes you grip like an ox, and I do 100 of those each arm.
9) 50 pushups - 25 in morning, 25 before bed
I used to do all this stuff right before I went to bed, but kept falling asleep mid pushup, so now I do it an hour before swimming. I get it all done within 45 minutes.
I drink around 9 cups of water/tea a day.
And I also pig out on Chex cereal.
