Im really pumped up.
I've got a 3 mile race tomorrow for my highschool, and am so pumped up about it. Maybe its because I've been eating tons of bread today - all these carbs pumping you up so isnt good for a good nights rest. But its awesome for endurance and that energy you get when you're gonna race. I ate an extra slice of bread with every meal today to boost my glycogen levels, and plan to do that tomorrow to pump myself up.
