Kid will probably die soon. There's no way his neck will ever support that much weight. He'll probably have breathing problems in the future if he lives long enough. Maybe he could live with some kind of brace around his neck. Anyway, i'm not a doctor but I know that would suck. If you wanted a cap of your favourite sports team, you'd have to have it custom made which would probably cost a lot more.
