Wait, the State Government decides that? Nevermind I though it was a federal thing. In New Jersey 18 is legal adult and if you have sex with anyone 17 (even with concent, I think) your still considered a statutory rapist.[/quote:031cd]that's how it is here in PA. If both are under 18, then the ages must be within 2 years of eachother to be legal---> 14 and 16, 15 and 17, 16 and 17, etc.
