Pretty nice little thing that was found hidden in the 5.9 ati drivers, it enables antialliasing of 2d parts of games, like tree elaves or some of thosechainlink fences you come across in cs source.
to enable it you have to change this setting (highlighted) to 0 in the registry

You then get the option in the cat control center, or you can dload ati tray tools and it'll show up in that.
Its located under :HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\Video
