Its all about PSP......I love it...I've been using it since 3.11....Now I have PSP 7! Good easy to use program....Quite frankly, I can't see the big deal with photoshop...Its pretty much the same thing, unless of course you are doing Ultima technical stuff. Then its ubergood. But only if you know how to use it....PSP Is way easier to learn.
