Its the same all over the world. Venezuelans look down on cubans, who look down on puerto ricans, who look down on mexicans or french look down on english who look down on irish who look down on canadians who look down on americans who are too arrogant to notice. In asia the japanese look down on everyone and are too arrogant to notice. I am assusming that germ is japanese and the japanese have always had a particular disdain for the chinese. I think dogs is the common term of affection. Then again, he might just be the weirdo himself.
