elo thar, im looking to buy a new computer(5 years with Windows ME is enough for me.....) and Im a total boon, therefore i do NOT want to build my own comp, but basically I need your guys opinions on a few setups ive been looking at. Please tell me right off the bat where im fucking up and which setup would do the best(I need this comp to be able to last awhile 3+ years)..
preliminary choices:
Dell XPS 400
Pentium D processor 820 with dual core technology(2.8 ghz, 800 fsb)
xp home(media center is a piece of crap, yes?)
1 gb dual channel ddr2 sdram
19 inch ultrasharp 1905fp digital flat panel
256mb PCI Express x16 nVidia geforce 6800
integrated 7.1 channel audio(sound card?)

Intel Pentium 4 processor 630 w/HT technology(3.0 ghz, 800 fsb)

512 MB Dual Channel DDR2 Sdram at 400mhz
80gb Seria ATA hard drive(7200 rpm)
17 Inch E773 Convential CRT monitor
video card: no clue
