heh heh that rhymes...i kind of agree with solidus' view, but i think it sounds too much like nietzsche...
i dont really know about the idea of reverse-evolution per say
evolution is, in essence, a change in natural properties, often for the benefit of survival, but also, think of our appendix (what was the benefit? there was no benefit, it disappeared because of lack of necesity)...the decrease in overall intelligence i think youre suggesting, jin has to be impossible in the face of our technological advances
but either way, its still a change and is technically evolving
a fascinating perplexitational question, indeed
