1."Guy" sells "Brand new" gears to MochaMike for 100 dollars plus 15 for shipping.
2."Guy" cashes in check for 115 dollars, and then asks for 20 dollars more.
3.MochaMike upset with the bait and switch tactic being used requests either his money back, or the gears.
4.In the course of justifying his reasons for asking for more money, The "guy" reveals that the gears he was selling are actually USED. Much to the dismay of MochaMike who now wants just his money back.
5.The "Guy" refuses to give either the money, or the gears to Mike acting tough in the process.
6.A lawyer on the forum intervenes by displaying all personal information on the "Guy" and threatening to inform the postal service that the "Guy" has commited mail fraud.
7.The guy decides that rather then have to deal with a postal agent, to just send the used gears to Mike.
8.Mike refuses to take the gears because they aren't new, and returns the gears to sender.
9.The guy, scared of having to deal with legal issues on the matter, decides to return the money to Mike.
