Go to one of the games...if you can get a ticket. They have a very long history and they hate each other, but in the end they show enormous respect. You have to witness it or know someone who went to one of the schools.
Just because they aren't as good as other teams doesn't mean they aren't as competitive with each other. And it's not their fault that they aren't very good either. (Even though Navy is pretty good right now, considering they are an Academy)
