filmstrip folders can only be created in folders that are all jpegs or picture files that can be read by windows image viewer program (whatever its called)...if they are all jpegs (remember .psds and shit will ruin it), and it still doesnt work, try rebooting, or creating a new folder, sometimes you just need to go back and forward back into it and try again
