I have used chew before, but I prefer dip. I know they are both gross, but hey, so is smoking, it's just a habit though. BTW, I did keep a girlfriend while and still dipped. She knew I did it before and during the time we were going out.

It's also a much better buzz than cigarettes. One lip is like 6 cigs at once. And remember what they say, "you can't play the game with no lungs, but you can with no gums."
