I lost 30 pounds in 9 months (Went from 160 to 130, and rofl, now Im 150 again - just more MOOSCLE) and the doctors called it unhealthy. They withdrew blood, took urine tests, and X-rayed me - thought I was starving myself to lose all that weight.

Keep it up, but just be careful not to yo-yo back when you're done.

And thank god your sisters still hot.
