Sorry... Should have made that clear. We do have the same skin pak on our computers. I also sent it to another friend & have the same results. I'm really ticked because his new skin works & mine doesn't. we've both reviewed the paths & files. It must be a mistake but we just can't find it.

I read on another forum about sometimes a pak has to be directly unzipped into the main folder instead of copy & pasted?
But then, again, his works & mine won't.
