I am qualified to work far beyond the auto industry. Aeronatics is another area I am able to work in, and like I said, I am subcrontracted by GM so if they go down I will have no worries.
The x-ay industry is a broad one. I have inspected everything from cowels on military aircraft to steering arms for the Ford GT 40.
A company in Alabama actually wanted us to x-ray their shrimp boxes to make sure there were no staples in the packaging oOo:
