OK the car flew off the road and on impact burst into flames. Where did the bodies go? A car burning up isn't hot enough to completely consume a body. I don't understand why your bringing up the one guys dad, the tow truck baron, who operates a chain of tow truck companies or is the guy who manhandles the large chain on a tow truck (could be either one).
