Rofl, most hilarious episode of cops ever was this,

"Cop: We're responding to calls that a man high on crack cocaine is in the area harassing people and allegedly stole a car.

*Cops arrive on scene*

Cop: (To a man waving him down) What seems to be the problem here?
Man: This guy, high off his ass just hit my car then took off!
Cop: Well, let's see if we can find him.

*Not even a second later this guy hits a parked car going like 80mph across the street from the cop, the guy then walks out and he's wearing the baggiest pants, a sideways hat, sunglasses, rings, and a necklace*

Coked Up Junkie: Yo', what's up officer?
Cop: You're under arrest.
C.U.J.: Why you gotta be trippin? Why you gotta be trippin?

*The C.U.J. then takes off running and the police chase him down. The whole time he looks like he has no idea what's going on*"
