Arkans everyday car is an auto. No need to keep shifting while i'm either stuck in traffic or fumbling with my food. My Shelby mustang however will be a manual trans. Car is only coming out on my off days during nice weather.

I agree, only because you can get a better start off the line with an auto, but you can launch just as hard with a manual. I agree sitting in traffic with a manual is tedious and annoying, but if you don't mind it (like me) its not a huge deal. My dad always says dont get a manual they are stupid (he use to have them but he got old and annoyed with them) i tell him i'm young and i enjoy shifting gears more than just sitting there. Its personal prefernce, but i'm going the manual route this time around.
