Your halfway there mate,
Once your in the control panel:
1) Click "Applicaiton and gaming" link at top
2) just underneith it there is a submenu - click "UPnP Forwarding"
3) find an empty box and put the description (eg bit torrent) check whether its TCP or UDP (if in doubt do 2 one using TCP and one UDP)
4) Enter the port number you wish to use (your BT client will tell you its usually 6881-6889)
5) Now find your ip address by going into accessories> command prompt and type "ipconfig" (your ip address will be something like 192.168.1.100)
6) Finally check enable and click save changes at the bottom.
Yours might be slightly different, but usally the same lines.
