Sounds and looks staged.

Edit: Upon further inspection it has to be staged. The vents lead to a place that the Terrorists can get to eaisly by going through a route that isn't blocked. There's no reason for someone to spend 4 minutes yelling at one guy to move when he can spend 30 seconds and take a detour.
