well wtf if theyre terrorists and theyve been caught red handed they need to go to trial. you cant hold people for years w/o seeing a judge, been given an attorney and w/o being arraigned, its not fair. if these people who are being detained are so dangerous and are criminals, then it should be easy to prove their guilt. if not, then let them go.
