Well, probably too late but one of my main rules is "Never date someone from the workplace".

Now that you went out and breached that advice, may i offer you this. Take her to dinner and to a "girl" movie. Forget King Kong and Jar Head. Find some dopey assed love story kinda movie. During the sensitive part, place you arm around her.
