14, 15 in like 2 weeks, at 150lb's, and about 5'9. And I do 21 pushups, curls, over the head thingies, situps, touch your toesies in the air, bicycles, then 51 squats. Not really a total workout, but just enough to keep me from looking like a blob, and I gotta admit, after doing it for about a year, I've gotten like 30X more muscular than I've ever been.
