i thought i would never put on weight. but then i started using creatine/weight gainer, and eating smaller meals more times during the day instead of eating Huge meals, and voila, i put on 5lbs after the first week of loading with creatine, and about 5-7lbs more after a month
and also eating healthier. i dont eat junk food, drink pop (soda). All I drink now is water, milk, and the occasional grape juice (when making my shakes)
1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. live by that #.
