first off that sucks
and no, if you do a search and a file is hidden it wont show up. I have all my files hiden or in an encrypted folder that needs a pw to get in. I have never had a gf who cares if I watch porn and most have said its fine. I have been caught by the cops in the backseat of the car. Ive been caught by my ex's brother and sisters on more than one occasion. Just tell your sister to chill, you dont use porn you bang women too often to wack off.
