It'll be interesting to see how this whole Libby/Hurley thing plays out. The big dude seems to know her from before the crash, and sooner or later a lightbulb's going to appear over his cabeza. There's a theory going about that she might be a compulsive liar, and that she was actually a patient in the mental hospital Hurley was in.
