Buck, don't know if you remember but i had a friend similar to this.
Fuck him and fuck the $50 bucks. Chalk it up as a loss and look at it this way....
He'll probably never bother with you again knowing he burnt that bridge. If you ever see him again, tell him to fuck himself for ripping you off. You don't need him in your life. He's now dead and buried in your backyard.
