LOL. I remember that now. I live just outside Baltimore. This was pre-Ravens and post-Colts move. The city was starved for football. I think the franchise folded pretty quickly though. Not sure if it was lack of interest or money, or what. |
Avg attendance was 37,000 in the first year, so not bad. There were only 15,000 showing up in all the other US cities though so the US expansion folded after 2 years.
