Sorry dude but if these girls swerved into the oncoming lane of traffic, then they were at fault. Sad but true.
no, it wasn't. It was the deer's fault and because he isn't able to be held legally responsible, it becomes no ones fault.
They should of seen the semi on the other lane coming towards them, hell I would of just rammed right through that dammn deer, its definitley not worth dying over.
They could have swerved to the right, into the ditch. It is against the law in all states to cross over the line into oncoming traffic, except in a pasing zone when the way is clear.
