If you ISP ( your ADSL provider ) blocks ports then there is nothing you can do but your ADSL modem should pass all ports to your computer

Are you running any type of NAT software on the computer and have a second NIC with IP for other PCs to share your connections?

This could be your problem and you will need to tell MOH what NIC to use
