Yeah that happens if you have more blood files than you have in your code (bh_human_uniform_lite and hard) Or the othere way around and you have not enough files. In my first blood mod. (you can still get it here: Perry's fixed Akuma-kun v1.3) I had 5 different slpat files but only 2 in the code.
