I've got to take him back on the 10th for follow-up surgery. The biopsy revealed cancerous cells throughout the sample tested which means they didn't take out enough. Good news is that the blood tests came back negative which is a good indication that the cancer hasn't metastasized. My vet was talking about referring me to a veternary oncologist for a consultation on radiation treatment if they can't get it all surgically. That's probably where I'll draw the line and hope he's got a couple of good years left in him. cry:
