Just updated this thread to confirm the games gone gold and will be out worldwide March 20th:

"Bethesda and 2K Games have just announced that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the highly anticipated RPG sequel, has gone gold and is off to manufacturing. The game will appear on PC and Xbox 360 in the week of March 20, in both North America and Europe."
