So all you have to do is print to PDF.

This one has the right idea...All you have to do is go to print and set it to a postscript, then drop it in distiller...

lol
Of course I have the right idea, my job is printing … and to get the best resolution when I send the newspaper to the print shop I print a post script, than use distiller to print to pdf. The post scrip file will seem tremendously huge compared to the PDF itself.
PDF is like the best way to print anything. Resolution wise also, right next to tiffs[/quote:e3afe]
If you work for a newspaper, then your job is pre-press, not printing....My job will be printing (or web or design) when I finish my current university course...[/quote:e3afe]
Hmm you are right ... but I also worked the printing press, to make sure I get the best settings I go through the entire process every week. I'll design the newspaper, send it to press ... at press I'll help set up the film/CMYKplaques, run it through, and print. The only thing I don't do is mess with the colors.
