Very true, our justice system is so retarded. Even if you attempt to force a person out of your home, you can get done for it. If you put barbed wire on your fence surrounding your property, and someone trys to climb over and injures themselves they can sue the homeowner. Even if the property has warning signs.
Over hear we dont have guns, they're pretty much illegal to own. I wouldnt have a clue what to do should someone break into my house, to either a) rob me or b) try to harm me or someone else. If I stabbed him i'd get sent to prison, if i punched him i'd prolly still get a jail sentence.[/quote:2c580]
