It takes on alot of forms, but our wop includes water, vodka, everclear, sugar, koolaid, sometimes concentrated juice, lots of sliced up oranges and any other fruit we happen to have, then triple bag a garbage can and mix it in there. The point is to load it with as much alcohol as possible while just barely being able to taste it. Thursday night wop parties is a thing we do pretty often.

so its like Jungle juice but less alcohol.
