Nighthawk this should be no problem at all. Have you tried it before? I have had 2 clients on 2 pcs connect through my Linksys router to the same server with no problem. Forwarding ports is only for the PC that is hosting a game.

If you are not hosting a game, don't worry about it. I've had much better success when I assign static IPs to my 2 pcs than through DHCP though.
