Someone on another forum pointed out something neat. If you look at the dirt (or heroin?) on the tray thing it matches up to the blast door map. The ciggie points to the "?" and the 6 bits of brown shit around it represent the other things on the map.

Maybe all the brown things to the right are other places on the island?
