of course they'd
prefer that you have both but realistically, the qualifications for some of those jobs are just plain ridiculous! If you were to submit your resume (certifications w/o degree), im sure you'd get a callback from them for an interview. And say if you're in the process of receiving your degree or certificate for whatever it is they require you to have, that would also work. Just give it and try and have faith
