When you first connect to the server go up to "self" and choose register with server. Then enter your MOH nick for a login and your own personal password.
This stops someone from logging in under your nick.

If you setup TS following the guidelines in the TS info (non-sticky) thread then I would guess its a mic issue. Try and login after 5pm EST and I'll help you out.
