frats do themes ALL the time. I can't think of all of them, but there are some like:
Hoes and C.E.O.'s (girls just dress slutty and guys wear a shirt and tie)
Pajama party (guys just wear a tshirt and shorts while girls wear panties)
Beach party (My roommate's frat had all the pledges fill the basement with 3 inches of sand for that party. Think how awful it must be to clean that up after all the spilled beer and what not)
