my friend tells a tale of a kid who like an Autistic Savante at his college, he has 1337 haxor skillz, but is retarded at the same time. He spends most of his day in the bathroom, playing with his own feces. Then he spends 2 hours washing his hands in the sink. Soap bubbles frothing over the edge and everything, and his clothes always have brown spots on them and he always smells like shit.
