weird, Ive been drinking it everyday for almost 3 years now, and I eat anythinf i want, and Ive maintained the same weight throughout those 3 years.

water is the key, if it doesnt prevent from gaining weight, it sure is helping out alot at least.
Well you go to the gym as well. Don't put all your hopes on water in the future to save you from a heart attack.
