Bush didn't know, and the guy wrote an editorial about it saying that it was fine and no reason to be offended since Bush didn't know.

Plus, Bush is critical for respect to him in front of him when it comes to reporters. He wants their full attention. When he was here locally in my area several times, I was sent as photographer, and he in a way repremended jokingly and lightly people when phones went off, and some other stuff.

Ahh - and guess what Clinton did it too, and at least he Bush doesn't bann them from the White House when challeged with tough questions, like Clinton did several times.
